We believe exceptional living should be within reach. The Live Smart Program offers income-qualified homes at 2929 Wycliff — same finishes, same amenities, same community — at rents set by program income limits.
How it works:
- Eligibility is based on household income and household size — not employer, industry, or job title.
- Live Smart homes are available to households earning at or below the program's income limits, which are based on Area Median Income (AMI).
- Income verification is completed at application. Standard rental criteria also apply.
